By accessing or using the BuildSheet Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of BuildSheet and its licensors. BuildSheet does not claim ownership over any documentation (Build Sheets, Bills of Material, Design Requirements, or Images) you provide or generate within the app.
Our drafting engine uses artificial intelligence. Recommendations, parts hydration, structural analyses, and safety audits provided by BuildSheet are for reference and documentation purposes only.
You, as an engineer, mechanic, or maker, are solely responsible for exercising independent professional judgment and ensuring the physical safety, regulatory compliance, and mechanical viability of any assembly you construct using our tooling.
You agree not to use the Service in any way that violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or attack the performance and underlying systems of BuildSheet.
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Pro", "Team" tiers). You will be billed in advance on a recurring schedule. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis as mandated by applicable consumer protection laws.
In no event shall BuildSheet, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including personal injury, property damage, or loss of profits) resulting from your reliance on BuildSheet documents, AI outputs, or OpenSCAD enclosure generations.
